The Solutions Engineering Role: We are seeking an experienced channel Solutions Engineer to enhance our North America B2B team, focusing on Logitech Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting our channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to offer an exceptional customer experience with Logitech's entire B2B technology portfolio.In this role, you will be pivotal in aligning advanced technology with tangible business outcomes developing and refining collaborative solutions in conjunction with our Channel Account teams, Sales teams, and esteemed channel partners. Your involvement will be critical in creating and disseminating best practices, technical insights, and educational materials such as white papers and blog posts. Additionally, you will play a significant role in showcasing Logitech technology through various educational avenues, including workshops, user groups, and internal and external events.Your proficiency in articulating complex solutions to senior management and technical personnel within our partner organizations will be essential. This might involve integrating various hardware and software components to meet specific client requirements Pre-Sales Assistance : Assist channel partners during the pre-sales process by answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and helping to overcome objections that might arise from potential customers Sales Enablement : Provide channel partners with the tools, resources, and support to sell video collaboration solutions and personal workspaces effectively. This can include sales collateral, competitive analysis, case studies, and more Channel Development : Help identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Product Training and Certifications : The channel sales engineer regularly participates in training sessions and obtains certifications for new and existing products. This ensures that the Channel Sales Engineer remains an expert on the products they support and is capable of providing the best advice and solutions to channel partners Sales Strategy Development : Collaborating with channel and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies that cater to the unique needs of the video collaboration market.
