Join our client's dynamic direct-to-consumer team as a Paid Search Manager and spearhead the optimization of our client's customer-facing product. As a key player, you'll craft and execute paid search campaigns across diverse platforms, leveraging your expertise to boost traffic and drive conversions. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and a knack for maximizing ROI.This role will be working on a remote schedule - candidates must sit in EST or CST time zone. Minimum Requirements: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful campaigns and driving ROI. Mastery of Google Ads and Bing Ads, with proficiency in other platforms considered advantageous. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to generate actionable insights. Familiarity with Google Analytics is desirable. Proven expertise in bid management tools and campaign setup. In-depth understanding of A/B testing methodologies and their practical application. Bachelor's Degree or higher. Responsibilities: Craft and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing, driving campaigns from conception to reporting. Conduct meticulous keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance continually. Foster channel acquisition growth through deep comprehension of the product and competitive landscape. Enhance channel and landing page efficacy through the implementation of insightful A/B tests and innovative messaging. Effectively manage media budgets to ensure optimal cost efficiencies and maximum ROI. Generate regular performance reports, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align on goals and broader marketing initiatives. The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $38.98 to $43.31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
