- Full Time : 40+ hours per week - Monday to Friday : 8.30 AM - 5 PM - Every Other Saturdays : 9 AM - 1 PM - Experience preferred but not necessary - Continuous growth opportunity & job stability - On the job training offered We are a 42,000 square foot facility housing thousands of natural stone and quartz slabs, looking for a full time Office Assistant/Inventory Specialist. Experience is not required but preferred. We pay overtime and give health insurance and other benefits like PTO. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant with a focus on Back office work and inventory management. Responsibilities would also involve the handling of paperwork related to trucks, forklifts, DOT Compliance, IFTA Filing, RMV Documentation, and more. **Regular reliable attendance is an essential requirement for the job **Qualifications: Must be able to communicate in English, must be motivated, hardworking, team player and have a positive attitude
