Events Team Member- Part Time (Summer and Fall)

CFI is focused on providing safe, quality affordable housing, increasing economic opportunities, and improving the quality of life of the populations that the organization serves . Job Summary: The Events Team Member supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events and programs within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions: Assist with event registration processes and attendee communications Support the coordination and implementation of CFI programs and initiatives Provide administrative support for program-related activities, including preparing materials Distribute marketing related materials to potential event participants Serves as a representative of CFI to ensure programs/events are successful Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event/program success Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Training, and Experience: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work with a diverse group of people Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
