Executive Director, Hope Healthcare Services (Avon, In) - Do you get excited about sharing the love of Christ in a very tangible way? The executive director leads the administrative, outreach, and fundraising efforts of the clinic that is staffed by medical and dental professionals and volunteers. Since 2005, Hope Healthcare Services (formerly Kingsway Community Care Center) has been a non-profit charitable clinic offering low-cost, quality healthcare services to our neighbors without health insurance, nor government program eligibility. This opportunity is created by the pending September retirement of a successful, long-serving executive director. The ED will provide leadership to a dedicated and passionate staff; develop and expand relationships with community partners and key stakeholders; lead grant writing and fundraising initiatives; and provide sound fiscal oversight. Experience leading in a ministry or nonprofit setting is helpful but not a requirement.
