We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Childcare Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young children. As a Childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, foster a love of learning, and support the social and emotional development of each child. Your role will involve collaborating with fellow teachers, communicating with parents, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children in your care. Flexible schedule and monthly bonuses! Duties Develop and implement daily lesson plans that promote developmental goals. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children. Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child?s development. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Other duties as assigned by management Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of [X] years of experience in a childcare or educational setting. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about working with children and fostering their development. Nice To Haves Assistant or lead teacher certified Higher education & registry level (pay rate depends on qualifications) Benefits Paid Holidays after 90 days of employment.
