The Role: They are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Paralegal to assist the Head of Dispute Resolution and Litigation in managing a diverse case load and further developing the department. This role involves a mix of independent and team: based work, including client interaction, administrative tasks, drafting legal documents, attending networking events, and more. Duties: Manage and contribute to the current case load while establishing your own. Perform administrative duties to support department operations. Draft, review, and provide advice on correspondence, court documents, and settlement agreements. Communicate with clients, opponents, and third parties, providing information and updates. Negotiate effectively, considering client goals and legal/commercial factors. Attend client meetings, take instructions, and offer advice. Prepare court bundles and relevant documents. Attend court hearings and home visits as necessary. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Paralegal, or in a similar role. Strong academic background and experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution. Up to 3 years PQE with experience in this particular area of work Benefits: Competitive salary. Company pension.
