Summary: Troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, test and maintain new and existingelectrical/electronic circuits, systems, components and controls of building and manufacturing equipment. Install, modify and repair electrical/electronicsystems, apparatus, and components of new and existing building and manufacturing equipment and controls while following guidelines of theNational Electrical Code, schematic diagrams, manufacturers manuals and specifications. Use laptop computer, internet, telephone support, email,electrical/electronic test equipment, hand tools and power tools required toperform job functions. Schedule: Monday through Friday: 7.5 hrs. / day : 37.5 hrs. / week Modified shift schedule providing coverage from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm : in conjunction with other team members Weekend overtime (and on call) required : every 4thweekend. Additional overtime may be required for projects, equipment breakdowns, major facility maintenance, etc... Pay: Pay range to be 33.00 : 38.00 depending on qualifications. Medium Work: Job requires ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Occasionally (1/3 of time)Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of time)Constantly (Over 2/3 of time) Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, and/or Pulling, ReachingOccasionally Lift/Carry: 20 to : 50 poundsFrequently Lift/Carry: 10 to : 20 pounds Responsibilities: : Support the operations of a 24 x 7 production facility.: Address and resolve issues / problems with facility infrastructure equipment.: Address and resolve issues with operations equipment including printing andbinding equipment.: Work with General Plant Services team to complete preventative maintenace on facility and operations equipment.: Work with engineering as needed for completion of facility and operationsequipment projects, enhancements, and upgrades. Qualifications: The ability advanced to expert level electrical theory andrelated knowledge to the operation, troubleshooting, repair andinstallation of a variety of electrical/electronic systems and equipment.These include single and multiple phase alternating currentcircuits of varying voltage, current and frequency; DC power andcontrol circuits; 480 VAC 3 Phase power wiring, distribution and control systems in an industrial environment.- Gather and analyze data to help identify and resolve problems in atimely manner.- The ability to understand use of computers and laboratoryelectrical/electronic test equipment.- Comprehensive knowledge of wire sizes and types, conduits, couplings,fittings, electrical boxes, circuit breakers and other electrical controldevices with the ability to arrange and install them in a way that insuresproper and safe operation relative to the National Electric Code and Local Electrical Code.- Read and interpret building system blueprints and manufacturingequipment electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics; usetrade formulas to calculate properties of AC and DC electrical circuitssuch as: voltage, current, power and resistance; use the NationalElectrical Code to determine required size and type of wire, conduit,wireways, electrical boxes, and circuit protection of AC and DC electricalcircuits.- Experience with and understand the use of PLCs, PLC pr
