Responsibilities: • Propose ideal insurance plan options to existing, new, and prospective clients after spending time listening to evaluate their individual insurance needs and circumstances• Execute effective sales-based marketing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, networking, and more to gain new clients• Help existing, new, and prospective clients fulfill insurance policy requirements by ensuring the completion of necessary forms and examining physical properties prior to or during the insurance claims process• Commit to a continued education in property and casualty insurance protocols and coverage requirements to ensure the ideal types of insurance policies are offered to existing clients, potential clients, and new customers • Keep bookkeeping logs, insurance sales records, and customer databases up to date to assess progress toward monthly goals• Contributing to and benefiting from the collaborative atmosphere of our team, guiding and supporting colleagues in pursuit of our shared and individual goals Qualifications: • Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills are necessary • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED or equivalent required• Familiarity with accounting and sales-related software or programs is a plus• Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite required• Candidates must have and maintain a relevant P&C insurance license - or must be willing to get licensed • Possess a competitive edge and a willingness to adapt, thrive in a dynamic setting, and contribute to the success of both themselves and the team Compensation: $75,000+ at plan earnings About Company: We are very close-knit team that likes to have fun while getting all the hard work done.
