Responsibilities: • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently• Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients• Communicate professionally, in person and over the phone, with clients and co-op agents• Follow up consistently and effectively to convert leads into appointments and sales• Conduct presentations to educate clients and generate signed agreements• Script and role-play with team members daily Qualifications: • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills• Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike• Proven track record in sales• Bright, hard-working, and self-motivated• Energized by an open-ended compensation plan and money-motivated• Must have or be working on a Kansas Real Estate license Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000+ commission based About Company: Our Vision is to be the company of choice for smart, energetic, and fun Real Estate professionals to grow through teamwork, leverage, ongoing training, and growth.
