The Nurse Practitioner will work full-time and on a permanent basis, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and providing patient education- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care techniques- Adhere to all medical and legal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledgeQualifications:- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina- National certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Proficient in electronic medical records and other computer applicationsCertified in Family Practice Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for career growth and advancement- Supportive and collaborative work environment- Continuing education and professional development opportunities- Work-life balance and flexible scheduling optionsJoin our team at Elite Staffing Network LLC and make a difference in the lives of patients every day.
