Accounting ManagerOrlando, FlA prominent automotive dealership located in the Orlando, FL area is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting manager to join their team.· Benefits:* Competitive salary $65k-$75K* Employee purchase and service discounts* Paid vacation and holidays* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurance.* 401(k) retirement savings plan* Professional working environment in a state-of-the-art facility· Key Responsibilities:* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy.* Generate and analyze daily management reports.* Perform account reconciliations and maintain accounting schedules.* Ensure all paperwork for each deal is complete and accurate.* Post and finalize deals and dealer trades.* Manage general ledger and journal entries.* Approve invoices for payment processing within set deadlines.* Resolve issues with vendors as they arise.* Monitor timely processing of payments and charges.* Supervise and train the accounting team.· Qualifications:* Must have automotive industry.* Minimum of two years of accounting experience.* Strong multitasking skills.* Proficient with Word, Excel, and CDK systems is advantageous.* Must have experience managing a team of accounting personnel.
