With a strong sense of independence and assertiveness, you'll lead conversations and drive negotiations to successful outcomes. In this role, you will be constantly challenged to push your limits and achieve your full potential. Your positive response to pressure will be your driving force as you tackle new projects and exceed expectations. $80,000+ a year potential. Responsibilities: --- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for all parties involved. --- Proactively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities. --- Network and build relationships with clients to identify their real estate needs. --- Actively engage in problem-solving to address client concerns and overcome obstacles. --- Work independently to manage your sales pipeline and meet targets. --- Embrace challenges and view them as opportunities for growth and development. --- Maintain a positive attitude and respond effectively to pressure situations.
