You will… Work closely with the Director of Operations and cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute new projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving client satisfaction. Participate in the review and streamlining of existing operational processes to increase productivity and enhance overall efficiency. Collaborate with various departments and team members to facilitate communication, gather insights, and ensure the successful execution of projects Prepare regular reports and presentations to update the management team on the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives Participate in regular meetings with the Director of Operations to gain insights into operations management and decision-making Gain exposure to client interactions, both internal and external, to understand their needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels You have… Availability to work on-site at our offices in Del Mar in San Diego County, CA 2-3 times a week Drive for continuous learning!
