North Hills Country Club is currently seeking A Part Time Main Bar, Event and Station Bartender to join our team. Bartenders are responsible for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events as well as regular dining service. • We are looking for applicants who are driven, passionate about customer service, detail oriented, and work well as a team If you enjoy working in a dynamic and ever-improving organization with a committed change-oriented team, then we look forward to you joining our team at North Hills! • Assist with food and table prep before event begins. Must have real working and serving bartender skills and knowledge. (Not a server that wants to bartend). Knowledge of how to make time tested cocktails. (i.e. Martinis, Manhattans). Serve plated meals to guests if ordered at the bar or members grill, following proper procedures. Must be able to change soda in a bag machine, and beer barrels. Must be able to lift various cases of wine and beer. (Up to 40 lbs.) Must know how to open wine bottles, take drink orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Be able to get a liquor license. Clear dirty dishes from bar and tables. Communicate effectively with Events Manager, Management, and fellow coworkers. Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Excellent verbal and telephone skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay range $14-$16, depending on skills knowledge> At least 2 years of serving experience. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
