Duties:Conduct fact investigations to gather relevant information for casesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documentsPrepare for and participate in pretrial and trial proceedingsWork collaboratively with a team to support and mentor junior associatesContinuously hone litigation skills and legal knowledge Requirements:Bachelor's degreeJuris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited U.S. law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar in good standing Experience:Approximately 2-5 years' litigation experiencePreferably in business and/or commercial real estate litigation Skills:Excellent writing and analysis skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication abilities, both written and verbalOrganizational skills to manage multiple cases efficientlyInterpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment Certifications:Membership in the California State Bar
