A Day in the Life of a Senior Manager of Retail Operations: As a Senior Manager of Retail Operations at The Arc Wayne in Newark, NY you will be an integral part in leading, planning and overseeing operations of The Arc Wayne business. The Arc Wayne business include Erie Shore Café, Erie Shore Print Shop, Erie Shore Laundry and more! Responsible for employment, supervision, training and evaluation of business managers Responsible for creating marketing strategies Develop and maintain budgets Provide strategic planning and make recommendations to executive team Ensure that businesses are operating in accordance to applicable safety standards and laws Responsible for representing The Arc Wayne at networking events Who We Are Looking For: You have effective time management and organizations skills to meet deadlines. You're a self-motived person who has experience in marketing and you develop active strategies to engage customers. You have a Master's in Business Administration or related field with three years' experience in sales, management, or customer service OR a Bachelor's degree in management, business or related field and five years' experience in sales, management, or customer service.
