Everything we design is made to keep the Earth's most precious resource safer, cleaner, and more useful for our customers.We are seeking a Swiss Setup Machinist with experience in operating Citizen machines. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating Swiss-style CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.You Will: * Set up and configure Swiss-style CNC machines, primarily Citizen machines, according to job specifications and blueprints. * Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and efficiency. * Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications. * Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and tooling to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards. * Maintain an accurate count of workpieces produced and report production progress as required. * Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.You Have: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in machining preferred. * 3 years experience as a Swiss Setup Machinist preferred, with specific experience operating Citizen machines. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. * Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tooling. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. * Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.What's In It For You: * People-First Culture - Enriching and caring for people is at the core of who we are; this includes executing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, and providing our employees with meaningful career growth opportunities, a positive and safe work environment, and affirmation that they are heard, valued, and respected. * 401K Plan * Flexible PTO & Generous Paid Holidays * Educational Assistance * Variety of Medical plan options - choose the one that is right for you! * Sustainability - One of Newsweek's Top 400 of "America's Most Responsible Companies" for sustainability performance, three years running.
