We're hiring Distribution Center Associates(up to 20.40/hour to start)across multiple shifts with part:time positionsavailable Join our team at 8211 Bavaria Drive East, Macedonia, Ohio 44056. Shifts, Pay, and Benefits: :Part:Time Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (or until complete); 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (or until complete):Pay starting at 19.40/hourwith three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to 20.60/hourstylelist:style:type:circle::+1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators**:Medical, dental, and vision coverage:Paid time off and 6 company holidays per year:6 401(k) company contribution each pay period:Employee discounts and more:Safety shoes provided You Will : Report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members.:Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail:Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers expectations for quality and delivery speed:Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed:Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements:Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team You Have :Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations:High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age:Able to continuously lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds and may frequently weigh up to 75 pounds:Must be able to work at various elevated stations throughout the DC.:Able to operate computerized scanning equipment.:Able to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance requirements, including overtime as required.:**For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck Preferred Qualifications :Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast:paced environments:Great attention to detail, quality, and safety We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
