In the process, Intel has embarked on a transformative SAP ERP program, and the International Trade Group is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to help drive it for us.At Intel, the International Trade Group (ITG) is responsible for ensuring that Intel can seamlessly transfer millions of items across borders in compliance with trade regulations. The systems infrastructure of this team is highly complex and critical to Intel's operational success. Position Overview: As the Systems Transformation Program Manager for the International Trade domain, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end (E2E) systems and data transformation activities for Trade classification, licensing, screening, customs declarations, duty free compliance, and reporting. Your role includes monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with the project plan and external dependencies. Your leadership and expertise will be fundamental in driving a successful systems transformation within the International Trade domain. Key responsibilities include but not limited to : Program planning: Deliverables, dependencies, owners, due dates, links to other related plans (e.g. Deployment Plan, Testing Plan, Development Plan). Progress Monitoring: Manage the Project deliverable reviews and approval processes International Trade, within stated contractual timeline; recording of Minutes of reviews and related approvals for deliverables. Risk, Issue, Assumption, Dependency (RAID) Log: Manage and meticulously monitor the RAID log, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues to maintain project momentum. External Dependency Management: Oversee and manage external dependencies, including partnerships and third-party contributions, to ensure seamless project execution. Project Plan Validation: Review and validate the project plan, ensuring it accurately reflects the scope, objectives, and timelines of the SAP transformation project. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners. Change Management: Collaborate closely with the change management team to ensure that changes resulting from the transformation are effectively communicated and embraced by all stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance efforts, ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards and expectations. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project artifacts. Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Manage escalations: Take accountability for the de-escalation process, coordinating recovery activities, negotiations, and stakeholders' engagement as necessary; seek for support when needed. Qualifications Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of the degree 7+ years of experience managing technical projects at a large global organization 1+ year experience working on IT systems, SAP, or ERP system upgrades Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; PMP or any other project manager certification such as Scrum Master Proven track record as a project manager in SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects or similar complex initiatives within semiconductor industry. Having good hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or a Certification in SAP S/4 Hana (SD) is a plus Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project dynamics Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and results-driven decision-making Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively Designing and deploying solutions for Global Trade in the semiconductor industry Trade compliance certifications such as certified Customs Broker If you are a seasoned program/project manager with a proven track record in SAP S/4 HANA transformations and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply and be a driving force behind our transformational success This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
