We're seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: --- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary --- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date --- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries --- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints --- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction --- Engage with homeowners, businesses, and community groups to educate them on the benefits of joining a community solar project --- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, such as direct outreach, networking events, and referral programs --- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders --- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Qualifications: --- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent --- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills --- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere About Company: Our dedicated team strives every day to provide our clients with the best services.
