JOB SUMMARY : The Inbound / Outbound Warehouse Associate assumes primary responsibility for the everyday functions of Inbound and Outbound Gear in the tour Prep Department ensuring that all gear is promptly checked-in and checked-out when entering / leaving the warehouse. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for ensuring that all inbound / outbound gear, both owned and new, is checked in / out and/or properly recorded into inventory. Return checked in gear to its proper location in the warehouse. QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion. Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to various groups of internal and external customers. High level attention to detail and accuracy Ability to troubleshoot effectively and efficiently. Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions. Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment. Must be computer literate with a willingness to improve knowledge base moving forward. Must be available by phone or email during off hours. Familiar with the use of usual office machinery, timecard systems, and security system. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma plus 2 or more years' experience working in a warehouse or related field. Experience with the order fulfillment process Working knowledge of ERP systems Knowledge of audio equipment preferred but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Responsible for getting tour gear and warehouse shipments checked in and out in a timely manner. (at a maximum within 3 days) Organize and coordinate check in / out process. Participate in loading and unloading trucks. Look over tours when finished checking in, to double check for gear that may have been missed or missing. Perform such other duties and functions as required from time to time. Input into ERP software to accurately track, manage, and utilize company owned assets. Collaborate on a regular basis with operations personnel. Open and lock building when necessary
