Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a positive customer experience.Responsibilities: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Inbound and Outbound calls * Entering call notes into system * Data Entry * Sending Emails, scanning documents, builder web portalsPreferred Qualifications: * 1-2 years of customer service experience * Basic skills in Microsoft Office products * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent data entry skillsPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
