Job Title: DISHWASHER I Department: Kitchen Reports To: Chef in charge Rate of Pay: $19.00/Hour + Season Pass Shift: Monday through Sunday, 4 PM-Close Full-Time generally 3-4 nights Must be available to work weekends and holidays SUMMARY Responsible for keeping all dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans clean and organized. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Set up dish station to Sundance standards. Take out trash, recycling, and linen. Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system. Support recycling program. Complete daily cleaning projects. Responsible for keeping kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and wash dishes. Restock lines with clean dishes. Assist with food preparation as needed. Exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support and promote all Sundance departments, amenities and programming ventures. Ability to print and speak simple sentences in English to effectively communicate with co-workers and guests.
