Cetechs, a Small Business, is seeking a Copy Center Operator to join our team of professionals under the leadership of our Program Manager. Customer Service Representative II (Part Time) Serve as the primary visitor control clerk, switchboard operator, receptionist operation for the Visitor Control Center. Employees shall wear business attire and be professional when greeting the public. Check-in visitors and issuing visitor badges as needed. The receptionist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a detailed set of visitor control records and on occasion may be required to prepare special or periodic reports for visitors. As the switchboard operator, the employee will be the main point of contact for non-direct incoming calls. The switchboard operator must check any voice mail messages. If messages were left for specific employees, then the information from the message must be sent to the employee via email. Once all messages have been addressed, they must be erased. During a building evacuation, the switchboard operator may be required to assist in the operation of the switchboard until relieved by a government employee. Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and be capable of pushing a mail cart, hand truck, etc. Qualifications Must have High School Diploma/GED 2 years' experience as Customer Service Representative is required.
