The successful candidate will possess a high level of academic achievement, and solid law firm, engineering, and industry experience, coupled with superb writing and communication skills. This role requires individuals with a minimum of 2 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience, along with a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Preferred candidates will have experience in patent prosecution related to electrical engineering, software-related technologies, data science/AI, networking technologies (especially network security), and machine learning/artificial intelligence. The position mandates a JD degree and admission to the USPTO.Duties:Engage in patent preparation and prosecution activities.Draft and submit patent applications.Demonstrate effective communication with clients and internal teams.Collaborate with legal professionals to provide comprehensive patent services.Requirements:High level of academic achievement.2+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.Degree in electrical engineering or computer science.JD degree and admission to the USPTO.Preferred Experience:Patent prosecution in electrical engineering or software-related technologies.Knowledge of data science, AI, networking technologies (especially network security), and machine learning/artificial intelligence.Familiarity with hardware security.Skills:Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong analytical and research capabilities.Proficient in patent-related processes and procedures.Collaborative team player.
