We need a Social Media Strategist for H-E-B Careers Programs to:- Content creation & social strategy for the H-E-B Careers website and social media platforms- Develop, design, and execute social media campaigns that promote our strong company culture and attract high-performing talent for multiple areas of the business- Collaborate with multiple cross-functioning teams to drive applications internally and externally- Work directly with multiple creative teams to bring copy, design, and social media campaigns to life- Create and manage social media ads to drive traffic, and applications- Monitor social chatter and create thoughtful responses to candidate questions and concerns- Champion cutting edge best practices and stay current on emerging trends in social media- Build high-trust relationships with internal business clients- Use reporting metrics to perpetually improve and evolve internal/external content and channels- Try new things. Fail. Learn. Pivot. And try again.
