The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, proven experience in legal research, strong knowledge of trust law and estate planning principles, and excellent people skills. Job Details:Oversee and manage the administration of estates on behalf of the decedent, executor, and beneficiaries.Draft estate planning documents, including trust agreements, amendments, distribution plans, wills, POA, and healthcare directives.Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other parties involved in the administration process.Utilize Westlaw for legal research purposes.Write detailed reports on the financial status and performance of each plan, estate, or trust. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Proven experience in legal research; familiarity with Westlaw.Strong knowledge of trust law and estate planning principles.Excellent people skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
