Compile estimates for small job projects for existing Vivax clients Work directly with your crews to schedule and complete warranty work and small jobs Monitor your ongoing projects to ensure quality and timely completion Visit ongoing project job sites regularly as needed Communicate with clients regularly regarding ongoing projects Effectively track and manage 12-16 projects per week, approx. 50+ jobs monthly Manage project budgets with consideration to departmental costs and individual Key Performance Indicators Gain a solid knowledge of exterior home structures, paint, woodwork, and common warranty issues Learn Vivax Pros’ products, services, warranty options, and what differentiates our company from others Act as a Vivax warranty expert for customers and other team members Engage in continued training that translates into a career path in project management roles at Vivax 90% of your time is spent in the field managing warranty paint projects/small jobs and 10% of responsibilities based in the office or remote. Salary: $55,000 base salary + bonus opportunities ($65,000 - $80,000 annually) What You Bring : Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the department, your projects and your team Solid communication skills with an emphasis on listening and providing solutions Ambitious, self-motivated, and self-disciplined - must be a go-getter with grit Open-minded with a passion for learning different skills Exceptional ability to communicate face-to-face with confidence and poise Organized and detail orientated Must have a reliable vehicle and be appropriately insured Comfortable on ladders and roofs While previous industry experience is preferred, it is not required . We will provide ample training for the right person. We hire individuals that fit our culture and have a hunger to grow and learn within the team.
