We're on the lookout for a full-time Project Manager who can synchronize with Pacific Standard Time (PST) and bring unparalleled organizational skills to our team. Your Mission:As our Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our projects, steering them to fruition while cultivating robust client relationships. You'll be the chief orchestrator, ensuring that each task not only meets our exacting standards and deadlines but also involves meticulous management of our virtual assistants. Your role is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations across multiple client campaigns simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: * Virtual Assistant Oversight: Manage and direct up to 50 virtual assistants, ensuring efficiency and task adherence. *Client Advocacy: Deeply understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, ensuring our services are impeccably aligned. *Task Mastery: Handle a variety of client tasks with precision, utilizing Asana as your primary tool. *Time Management: Commit to a minimum of 40 hours weekly, in sync with PST. *Timeline Management: Guarantee all projects stay on track, adjusting proactively as needed. *Quality Control: Oversee and refine projects, striving for perfection in every output. *Team Coordination: Lead and synchronize team efforts, promoting transparent communication for project success. *Relationship Development: Foster and deepen enduring client partnerships. *Feedback Integration: Channel client feedback to relevant teams, vital for our ongoing refinement. *Expansion Strategy: Spot opportunities to grow and enhance client accounts, driving added value. Job Qualification: At least one year of experience in Project Management, preferably in a B2B marketing agency.Exceptional supervisory, communication, and implementation skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and managing remote teams.An expert multitasker, adept at handling several projects and numerous virtual assistants concurrently.Self-starter thriving in dynamic environments.Preferably holding a Bachelor?s in business management or a related field.Proven ability in professional writing and content creation.Track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.Robust project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
