We are seeking a skilled and compassionate FamilyMedicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team in Berlin, NH. The Patientpopulation ranges from pediatric through geriatric, with a high elderlypopulation. Expected patient load is18-24 patients per day. Berlin, NH, offers a blendof natural beauty, rich history, and community spirit, making it a unique andwelcoming place to live, work, and explore in the heart of the White Mountains. Work schedule consists of 36 patient hours with 4 hoursof administrative time; no call required This position offers a $120,000 - $130,000 annual salary with additionalbenefits including productivity and quality bonuses, commencement and retentionbonuses, relocation and/or rental assistance, generous vacation/time off, CMEtime and money, retirement plans, and medical/dental/vision benefits. Requirements: Minimum Education: Master's degree Special Examinations/Certificates: Board Certified Years of Work Experience: 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care
