We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Real Estate License Preferred• Located close to Westlake Village, CA Office Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly About Company: We, at Lydia Gable Realty Group with Compass are a leading Real Estate Group in the Conejo Valley; with a respected brand and are also a fun group of individuals to work with.
