Troubleshoot and wire low voltage and high voltage systems, including electrical panel controls. PLC programming for Control Logix platform using Factory Talk software. HMI programming including installation, wiring and setup. Experience with safety devices such as light curtains and door interlocks. Read and interpret mechanical blue prints and electrical schematics. Assist with equipment overhauls / upgrades. Proper diagnostic and problem solving in an immediate response situation to equipment failure. Ensure proper documentation and information is recorded on a daily basis, including but not limited to production equipment. Ensure that all plant equipment has adequate spare parts. Take active part in training and helping others as required. Participate in continuous improvement teams as required. Ensure full implementation of all relevant procedures and instructions and ensure documentation and records are maintained adherent to IATF 16949 Quality Systems.
