Summary Perdue AgriBusiness is in search for aUnion Grain Laborer in Chesapeake, VA. The Union Grain Laboreris responsiblefor providing housekeeping and general labor duties throughout the grain elevator. Principal and Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine housekeeping requirements as directed.: Perform other routine labor tasks as directed.: Perform all work within the safety guidelines established by local state, and federal agencies as well as company policies. Minimum Education: High School or GED (required): Further education is preferred Experience Requirements:TWIC application is required:Outdoorwork experience preferred:General industry safety knowledge:Must possess basic computer skills and be familiar with operating aprocess from a computer:based system:Multi:tasking a must Environmental Factors and Physical RequirementsAble to move freely throughout the agribusiness facilities including climbing vertical heights (0 :150), carrying tools and equipment (0:50 lbs.), exposure temperatures (0:100) degrees Fahrenheit, humidity (0:100), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
