Location: Remote, but the candidate has to be located in Dallas, Texas as travel is required locally in the Texas region / Temple area. Salary Rate: $25 to 30 per hour W2 (USD) Job ID#: 139297 Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements): Experience providing technical support in the consumer electronics or telecommunication industry. Fluent Mandarin and English for client communication. Support the ASP (authorized service provider): training, technical documents, quality and technical monitoring, updates, and announcements.
