Elle Selle we are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our products and services. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Maintain customer records by accurately updating account information. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. $850 - $1150weekJob TypeFull-timePowered by JazzHR
