We are looking for hard-working and reliable Construction Helpers to join our crew at KeyStaff.Pay is $15-$16 hourly In this role, you will be assisting our skilled tradespeople with a variety of tasks on active construction sites. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry and learn from experienced professionals. Responsibilities: Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Assist with site preparation by cleaning up debris and removing potential hazards. Help set up and break down scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Perform basic digging, trenching, and backfilling tasks as needed. Assist skilled craftspeople with their specific tasks (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team. Good physical condition able to perform moderately strenuous tasks, including lifting, carrying, and bending. KeyStaff, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
