The City of O'Fallon is looking for energetic and dependable Swim Instructor . Are you looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your skills in instructing, pool operations, and problem solving? Our Swim Instructors earn competitive pay with an expected starting rate of pay of $14.85 hourly. As part of our Aquatics Department, this position plays an important role in providing swim instruction to groups and individuals. As a Swim Instructor, your duties and responsibilities will include : Providing swimming instruction at group, private and/or semi-private swimming lessons Providing in-service training to remain certified Providing first aid when needed We're looking for someone who is a great communicator and interested in sharing their knowledge of swimming. This p erson should be able to easily learn department policies and procedures, including pool operation guidelines and principles and the use of pool chemicals.
