In Baker Hughes, this would include the leaders of Legal, Enterprise Standards, Global Operations, Services, Resource & Environmental Strategies, Remediation, High Risk Operations and certain additional individuals who report directly to those leaders. This category also includes the EHS Managers for each of the Baker Hughes Businesses. Partner with the best Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications. Communicating high-level concepts to senior leadership. Frequent use of coaching and development of subordinates. Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams. Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Employees are expected to develop new approaches. Knowledge management is important. Fuel your passion Required Qualifications Degree in HSE, Engineering or Sciences preferred 5- 8 yrs. HSE experience in Oil & Gas Industry and/or Risk Management Proficient at managing multiple projects and provides clear direction, disciplined timelines and coordinated schedules. Knowledgeable of business impacts / technical constraints to ensure business goals are met or exceeded Project Management experience, PMP or other PMI accreditation a plus Development and implementation of HSE Process and Vendor Audits to evaluate risk and ensure compliance Experienced in developing and/or implementing HSE, Operational Excellence or other Management System processes and procedures. ISO 14K, 45k Certifications a plus. Effective working independently and as a team member with deadline pressures and changing priorities and demands from multiple sources Globally experienced working with high demand and fast-paced environments while delivering timely and effective outcomes Effective communicator with all levels in Baker Hughes, business partners, other functions, frontline, customers and contractors Strategic thinker who consistently challenges the status quo, assumptions and boundaries with goal to achieve meaningful improvement Delivers clear direction, disciplined timelines and coordinated schedules, manages communication mechanisms and review processes Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
