<p><strong><em>This is a temporary role through Magnit Global supporting one of the world&rsquo;s leading technology companies.</em></strong><br /><br /><strong>Role Overview:&nbsp;33209921&nbsp; Resource Management Representative</strong><br />A resource management representative (RMR) is responsible for two primary areas: Assignment of incidents or cases to the support organization and workforce scheduling of support teams.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><p><!--[if !supportLists]-->&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <!--[endif]-->Act as the initial reviewer of arriving incidents for the determination of correct assignment group and categorization</p><p><!--[if !supportLists]-->&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <!--[endif]-->Work with tools, other dispatchers, team leads and managers to determine the best person to handle the incident</p><p><!--[if !supportLists]-->&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <!--[endif]-->Monitor incoming queues and transfer queues for new incidents and incidents that need to be reassigned&nbsp;</p><p><!--[if !supportLists]-->&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <!--[endif]-->Schedule technical resources on the Company Workforce Management portal</p><p><!--[if !supportLists]-->&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <!--[endif]-->Work with managers to build team schedules<br /><!--[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--><br /><!--[endif]--></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p><!--[if !supportLists]-->&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <!--[endif]-->1+ years&rsquo; working within a customer service environment.&nbsp;</p><p><!--[if !supportLists]-->&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <!--[endif]-->A good understanding of the ServiceNow platform is an advantage.</p><p><br /><strong>Location:</strong><br />Hybrid Role &ndash; Must work onsite at the San Diego, CA office x2-x3 per week</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</p><p><br /><strong>Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)</strong></p><p>The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $30/ hour-$41/ per hour.</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K&nbsp;(provided minimum eligibility hours are met)</p>
