Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Licensed Survey Technician f or a variety of projects throughout New York and New Jersey. Responsibilities Prepare mapping using computer design and drafting survey software Prepare topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA mapping Perform survey calculations, upload, download, and process field data Analyze and plot boundary maps and descriptions Perform record research for boundary and utility information Work with design teams meeting demanding schedule Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Land Surveyor Licensed in New York and New Jersey required Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS Superior communication skills Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions Construction Layout computations and calculations Quality Assurance and Quality Control Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers-liro.icims.com - We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment. - Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.LiRo-Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
