Practice Area: Insurance Defense - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a first-party property insurance defense attorney, preferably with 3-7 years of experience in a private law firm or clerkship. The candidate will work closely with Partners on all phases of litigation, from claim investigations following catastrophic losses, case evaluation and reporting, discovery, depositions, mediations and arbitrations, and trial presentation. Will be expected to be skilled litigators who are able to defend insurers and their insureds in personal injury, premises liability, and general liability matters. Should have litigation experience: first-party property, insurance coverage, and/or general liability defense.Additional Skills: The candidate must have the ability to handle a significant caseload in a fast-paced environment. Should have excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong attention to detail is required. Superb interpersonal skills are needed. Exceptional academics - top 33% of law class preferred.
