Responsible for providing industry related research and analysis, development of marketing material, and management of sales pipeline. Associate will support the ongoing servicing of Relationship Managers RMs) and/or clients, including direct client contact with limited supervision.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Conduct industry and company research using available resources to source prospect names, develop and refine prospect lists in coordination with industry coverage team and partnersDevelop pitch materials including industry specific and general economic informationContribute industry relevant material for internal deal discussions i.e. org calls and credit screens and take leadership role in such callsGenerate customized industry-specific content for internal and external purposesPartner with RMs to deliver on value proposition; demonstrate growing comfort level with client interactions; may own less-complexity opportunities on behalf of RM.Track calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects, reinforce proper use of CRM system with the coverage team, assisting as neededDevelop enhanced understanding of the market, credit, and products; continue to develop relationship management skills with appropriate autonomyDemonstrate a continuously increasing knowledge of assigned industry, proactive creativity around idea generation General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
