Full Time Days-Option to work 30 or 40 hrs/week Must be licensed in NM (LCSW or LPCC required) - The position will offer opportunity for supervision of non-independently licensed clinicians as well as students! -Help grow our newer therapists by providing direction and guidance! Make a difference!Haven provides our patients with high quality PHP, IOP, traditional outpatient group therapy, and medication management programs for both mental health and substance use issues through a multitude of models and methodologies. -Haven Outpatient goals:Thriving patients through diverse and dynamic group therapy programs!Purpose driven and fulfilled team members that want to enhance their therapeutic skills!What does Haven offer for you as the group therapist? -Creativity! -Growth! -Influence! -You will have substantial flexibility to be responsive to your patient's needs, while we have current curriculum, we welcome your special interests, knowledge, and skills to continually add to the ideas and methods Haven Outpatient uses to spur patient's on to their best selves! -We are a growing program and need a positive, innovative, inspired, and detail oriented YOU to be the enlightening way forward for all of our patients. -We offer or pay for CEU's up to 2,000 a year! -401K! Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Coverage and much more! -CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESLCSW, or LPCC -MUST BE LICENSED IN NMPOSITION SUMMARY: Conducts long term group therapy (Intensive Outpatient Program, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Traditional Outpatient Program), individual therapy, and family therapy as needed. -Conduct diagnostic assessments for placement in the program. -Provide services as a member of the multidisciplinary team and as directed by the attending physician, the Clinical Supervisor and the development of the patient's treatment plan. Offer safe discharge and/or next steps for those graduating or not able to participate in treatment. - -
