We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.Job Responsibilities:* Process domestic & international invoices for multiple legal entities and product groups, inclusive of:* OBD (Outbound Deliveries) billing* Service Contracts billing, monthly, quarterly* Project Billing plans based on contract milestones* POC (Percentage of Completion) – revenue recognized periodically throughout life of contract* CCM (Completed Contract Method) – customer advances and revenue recognized at end of contract* Manage distribution of invoices through various channels (mail, email, Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia & other various invoice portals).* Assist customers with tax disputes, freight, purchase order discrepancies and various customer requests as needed.* Generate monthly/quarterly intercompany rebills to various legal entities for allocation of shared costs.* Other duties as assigned. Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).* SAP/S4Hana Experience is strongly preferred; not required.* 3 years’ work history in similar position handling complex billing plans in a large company environment.* Experience with Automated billing processes.* Sales tax experience relating to billing.* Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.* Able to work independently and in a team environment.* Multi-Currency (USD, EUR, CAD, etc).* Ability to manage multiple priorities.* Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.* Good verbal & written communication skills.* Proven problem-solving abilities.* Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.* Maintain customer service focus.* Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word, and preferable to have experience using TEAMS.
