There are four unique brands that you will be working with daily, Elektro Assemblies , which is a leader in wire harness manufacturing. X-Vision Optics , which is a premier night vision and thermal optics brand, SPACE Trailers , which is a one-of-a-kind, multi-functional trailer, and TriOx , which provides a first to market, prosthetic liner cleaner that provides great benefits to amputees. We are based in Red Wing, Minnesota, and the markets we serve is both local and global. We are offering an exciting opportunity to hone in your go to market knowledge, experience and contribute that expertise to a small, growing team. Our core values , customer focused, continuous improvement, action oriented, and individual accountability, are the foundation of our business and how each one of us interact as team. We operate on a 4.5 day work-week, which means you can start your weekends early! We are looking for our next team members that are able to: Identifies and/or develops new products and market opportunities. Utilize Adobe CC design software including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat, Illustrator and Flash Integration to create digital and print graphics content consistent with brand, specifically product manuals and guides. Develop and write product manuals, guides, and how-to datasheets to reach the most effective technical solutions for an effective end-user experience. Conceptualize, design, execute, and update a prototype for attention-grabbing packaging materials that is functional and appealing to consumer. Maintain a branded consistent look and feel for all brands on websites and mobile devices across multiple platforms. Review and edit all product documentation for accuracy, clarity and consistency Utilize Google Analytics, SEM/SEO results, and other reports to understand business needs and articulate and report results. You will be the expert and look at to provide updates and guidance on: Bringing product ideas to reality Efficiently and effectively testing and updating supplier documents to effectively communicate products Be data driven to help guide what new products to bring to the market Maintain brand standards and style guidelines of each brand QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in marketing with a focus and structure on bringing product to market, or other related field Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience Competent in Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Competent in the Adobe software Knowledge of Google Analytics Ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines for multiple projects. Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, concise, complete, and courteous manner in oral and written forms.
