What Impact Will You Make in This Role? As a Computer Repair Technician on our Team in Greenville, SC, you will be responsible for providing intake, diagnosis, and technical repair work on customer devices based on your team’s assignment. While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions: Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing of parts using provided tools Complete a thorough quality assurance review of all completed repairs, ensuring technology is working to customer and Vivacity expectations Prepare serviced products for shipment, creating boxes, and packing to ensure safe and timely delivery Maintain organization of designated workstations Cross-train in Production to assist as business dictates Present relevant work updates and data to Team Lead Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead What Excellent Skills and Abilities Will You Possess? Verbal and written communication skills Technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others Interpersonal Skills Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with necessary system applications with the ability to learn new or updated software Don't think you're 100% qualified for this position?
