A North Carolina-based healthcare network is currently seeking a licensed professional to join their Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Department. About the Opportunity: Title: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: 4x10s (7:30a-6p) Responsibilities: The Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist will be responsible for: Performing and/or assisting with treatments therapies and procedures (including scrub assistant monitoring and circulating) under the direction of the physician. Administering medication under the direct supervision of the physician. Documenting a current clinical picture and records designated information in the patient record. Assisting in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of high school and an accredited program of Cardiovascular/Cardiopulmonary technology, or related field required Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist Certification and/or equivalent certification required Must maintain current BLS, ACLS and CCI requirements Desired Skills: Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist/Electrophysiology Specialist training or experience preferred
