As part of the Talent Services team at Deloitte, the Analyst, Talent Acquisition works in partnership with the Recruitment Advisors representing Deloitte at every opportunity as an a World Class Employer of Choice, you will Interact with the recruiters, clients and candidates to schedule interviews in a timely manner and work with various calendars simultaneously to determine an interview time that aligns for all. Ensure that all candidates are provided detailed information throughout the scheduling process and generate various reporting using our applicant tracking system and within Excel and Assist in the preparation and revision of various documentation is a crucial part of the role. Assist recruiters by creating and posting positions, review resumes, schedule interviews and screening candidates when required.
