We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner with passion for food, people and retail to help give our employees the support, knowledge and tools necessary to do an amazing job in servicing customers in their communities. This HR Business Partner will work closely with all employees and management at our Retail Distribution Centres and support the following locations Stellarton RSC, Debert RSC, and Big 8, in Nova Scotia, as well as our Lawton’s warehouse in Dartmouth. As part of a collaborative HR team, the ideal candidate will work closely with the other HR Business Partners, HR Centre of Excellence, and other HR partners. This position will be a twelve (12) month contract role. Please note that due to position requirements, the successful candidate will need work on site.
